| 摘 要： | 军队任职教育所经历的教育理念转变、教学内容调整、教学模式改进等人才培养思路的重大变化，对公安院校的教育教学改革具有一定的借鉴意义？在立足于公安院校职业教育转型和教学改革需求的基础上，从教育理念、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设等方面，探讨了实战型人才培养的思路与方法。

| Abstract: | The great changes of educational ideas,teaching contents adjustment,teaching pattern improvement on talent developing thinking went through in military incumbency education are very meaningful to the reform of police school.The thinking and methods of developing combat talents are discussed from several aspects of education ideas,talent development pattern and the construction of teacher groups on the basis of the need of the transform of police vocational education and teaching reform. |
