| 摘 要： | 经济发展的历史从某种意义上说就是一部家族企业群体演变并协同进化的历史.家族企业既有着高效的所有权激励机制、高度灵活的管理和经营机制以及容易形成企业文化等独特优势,同时也在产权结构、决策机制、用人机制、组织结构等方面存在着一定的弊端.因此家族企业在成长过程中应当根据自身的实际情况,用现代企业制度对自身进行制度性改造,从而促进家族企业的进一步完善与发展.

| Abstract: | The history of economic progress is,to some extent, a history of collective and cooperative evolution of family-owned firms.Family-owned firms have some special advantages in high-effective property stimulation mechanism,flexible management mechanism and facile formation of enterprise culture,while simultaneously they have certain disadvantages in property structure,decision-making system,human-resources system,organizational framework etc.Therefore,family-owned firms should make some institutional alternations grounded on actual situation by using modern enterprise system in the procedure of maturity,so as to promote their further perfection and development. |
