| Abstract: | Under the new circumstances of the rapid economic development and social change,the contradictions are becoming increasingly raised.In order to maintain social stability and promote social development harmoniously,we must mediate the contradictions more effectively,perfect the methods of mediation.The procuratorate organs should also give full scope to mediating function for mediating the social contradictions. |
