中部地区高质量发展的成效、特征及对策建议

摘    要:中部地区高质量发展是加快中部地区崛起之势,促进区域协调发展的重要举措。近年来,中部地区经济社会发展取得重大成就,但发展不平衡不充分的问题依然突出。本文结合中部地区的发展现状,从经济增长、产业结构、创新活动、城乡关系、生态环境五个角度入手,评价中部崛起战略实施以来中部地区发展取得的成效,探讨中部地区当前区域经济发展呈现的新特征。在高质量发展的推进过程中,中部地区必须加快建设国家先进制造业基地;重视跨区域合作,加强紧邻区域辐射带动作用;主动融入新发展格局,以缩小区域间差距,形成东中西区域良性互动协调发展的新局面。

Abstract:High-quality development in Central China is an important step to boost the local economy and promote balanced development among regions. In recent years,Central China has made great achievements in economic and social development,but the imbalance and inefficiency in the current development of Central China still exist. Based on the present situations,this paper explores the achievements in Central China since the implementation of the Rise of Central China Strategy. Also,this paper discusses the new characteristics of current economic growth,industrial structure,innovation activities,urban-rural relations and ecological environment in Central China. In the process of promoting high-quality development,Central China must speed up the construction of a national advanced manufacturing base,pay attention to cross-regional cooperation,strengthen the leading role of adjacent regions and actively integrate into the new development pattern,so as to reduce regional gaps and achieve coordinated development among regions.
