| Abstract: | The hearing system of administrative decision-making is an important form of deliberative democracy to protect the tights of citizens. As the heating system is widely applicable in the process of administrative decision-making in China, its own deficiencies in the system are increasingly exposed, and thus directly affects the role and effectiveness of the hearing, we must further innovate and improve. |
