| 摘 要： | 涉众型经济犯罪高发、受害人特别众多、危害后果特别严重,对社会安定和经济秩序的破坏性特别大,在定性、量刑与执行过程均存在难以解决的病症,成为司法实践的难题.因此,对涉众型经济犯罪的处理必须解决司法审判机制中实体与程序方面的问题,又要在行政视角进行构建,实现两者的双重结合.

| Abstract: | The Mass Economic Crime with a great many of victims causes particularly serious and harmful consequence to social stability and economic order. How to convict and sentence correctly has become a major issue in our judicial practice. The mass economic crime must solve the entity and the procedure problem of judicial system, and also build in the administrative perspective to realize the combination of the two. |
