| 摘 要： | 我国警察文化发展的前提是要认知若干种关系,对这些关系的认知,有利于警察明确自身职业定位,有利于警察树立正确的权力价值观,有利于警察提高职业责任意识,有利于警察明确警察文化的价值。这些关系包括:警察与国家和政治的关系、警察与谋生和价值的关系、警察与角色和冲突的关系以及警察与规则和创新的关系。

| Abstract: | The premise of police culture development in China is to recognize many kinds of relations. Cognition of these relations is beneficial for policeman to make clear of their career orientation,to set up correct values of power,to increase awareness of profession responsibility and to make clear the value of police culture. These relations include： the relation between police and state and politics,the relation between police and living making and value,the relation between police and role and conflict,the relation between police and rules and innovation. |
