论金融法的安全观

入世使得我国在分享经济全球化成果的同时 ,也使得金融安全面临更大的风险和挑战。必须清醒地认识到金融安全属于历史范畴和主权范畴 ,辩证地看待安全与效率、安全与风险的对立统一。我国的金融监管必须在体制、机制、观念等方面进行创新 ,特别要强化金融安全的法治观念。

On the Security Concern in Financial Law

The accession of WTO enables China to share the product of economic globalization and at the same time expose our financial security to a greater risk and challenge. We must recognize that financial security belongs to historical and sovereign category and treat the security and efficiency, security and risk dialectically, try to make innovation in system, mechanism and idea of financial supervision, strengthen financial security legal idea.
