| 摘 要： | 中国共产党的民族工作和民族政策,是建立在其早期民族工作的基础之上的。中国共产党的早期民族工作大致可分为两个阶段,即中国共产党民族工作的理论宣讲时期(1921-1934)和中国共产党民族工作的实践时期(1934-1949)。在这两个时期,中国共产党的民族工作都取得了重大成就,既为新中国民族工作的开展奠定了基础,又为之积累了深刻的启示。

| Abstract: | Ethnic work and policies of the communist party of China laid on its ethnic work in early days.There are two periods of the communist party of China on ethnic works： theoretical publicizing on ethnic works of the party（1921-1934） and doing practice on ethnic works（1934-1949）.The communist party of China has made great achievement on ethnic works during these two periods which not only laid a foundation for ethnic works for new China but also accumulated profound experiences. |
