| 摘 要： | 面对日趋严峻的恐怖主义威胁,英国不断加大对国家反恐体系的现代化改造力度,发展和完善国家反恐预警机制,不断加大反恐投入,加强安全情报队伍和反恐专门力量建设,增进和改善反恐预警能力;适时进行反恐怖立法的制定和修订工作,为本国反恐怖主义斗争提供法律保障.这些都对我国反恐工作有着积极的借鉴意义.
