刑法分论教学改革的若干问题探析

按照刑法典分则体系的规定顺序来组织刑法分论教学的传统教学模式存在诸多弊端，不能很好培养学生解决实际问题的能力，也会阻碍教师新知识的更新。改革刑法分论的传统教学模式，在传统侵犯人身权利罪和侵犯财产权利罪的基础上，根据分则规定的不同犯罪的行为特征、罪与罪的相关联性、近似性，并考虑罪的发生率将分则规定的犯罪进行归类；然后依该分类标准逐一组织讲授，并以案例教学法为依托，引导学生思考、讨论重点和难点问题，强化师生之间的互动，以取得好的教学效果。
