| 摘 要： | 加强村官职务犯罪的防控，是保证村官职务行为的廉洁性，保证新农村建设顺利开展的迫切需要。村官职务犯罪可能涉及的全部罪名为：职务侵占罪、挪用资金罪、挪用特定款物罪、贪污罪、受贿罪、挪用公款罪、非国家工作人员受贿罪。整理并从法理上分析村官职务犯罪立法体系，有助于这一立法体系的完善，也有助于司法事务的开展。
