| Abstract: | The essence of ＂Two Combined＂ forensic management, namely combine the administrative management and sectirial management together, is discussed in this article. It is helpful to have a better understanding of its meaning, and establish a reasonable relationship between administrative organs and associations. It is necessary to improve the management pattern so as to promote the development of forensic science. |
