| Abstract: | At present,in the manners of accepting and hearing criminal and administrative cases by the police,there are some limitations such as over-standardization and idealization of the model of accepting and hearing cases,and the compulsive examination of the suspect,and the like.Therefore,we should perfect the regulations related to the model of accepting and hearing cases,and the compulsive examination of the suspect. |
