| Abstract: | Upon China's entry into WTO, state-owned commercial banks of China will face tough competition from foreign-funded banks. The article analyzes impact foreign-funded banks have on the traditional advantages of state-owned commercial banks and several problems already existed in their management. Consequently, the article proposes countermeasure which can be adopted by state-owned commercial banks accordancer to challenges from foreign-funded banks. |
