| 摘 要： | 当前警官院校学生工作面临教育环境和教育对象的重大变化，网络的普及及素质教育的要求也对警官院校学生工作提出了新的问题。学生管理工作应该树立以人为本的思想，建设一支高素质的学生管理干部队伍，强化管理手段，将服务、管理与教育相结合。
