| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及相关配套法规颁布实施后，执法部门依照法律法规，通过日常巡查、专项整治、飞行检查、错时监管等一系列措施，加大对餐饮服务领域食品安全的监管力度，提高和促进餐饮业的食品安全。本文通过对2009年6月1日至2012年6月1日期间883例餐饮服务行政处罚案件的统计，全面分析辖区内餐饮领域食品安全监管现状，从系统、科学和全面的角度，提出加强食品安全监管的对策，为食品监管机构提高执法效能提供依据。

| Abstract: | After the food safety law of the People＇s Republic of China and other related laws and regulations were promulgated , the law-enforcing departments have strengthened the supervision of food safety in catering en- terprises. The status of food safety in thus enterprises has been improved through a series of measures such as rou- tine inspection, special rectification, flight inspection and stagger time supervision,etc. In this article, we compre- hensively analyzed the current status of food safety supervision on catering enterprises in Jingan District based on a statistical analysis of 883 administrative punishment cases of catering from June 1, 2009 to June 1, 2012. The objec- tive of the analysis is to provide the measures of improving the food safety supervision and the efficiency of law en- forcement. |
