| 摘 要： | 公安院校的建设、公安工作的发展都对当代公安院校学报提出了更高的质量要求。公安院校学报必须及时转变观念,对学报定位、质量评价指标提升、制度建设、队伍建设、现代化建设等方面予以积极探析,寻求质量提升的有效方法与途径,从而有效发挥其服务教学科研,促进公安学科发展,繁荣学术理论的功能。
