| 摘 要： | 民主集中制是中国共产党立党强国的根本组织制度和领导制度,是中国特色社会主义各项事业顺利发展的根本组织原则。在新时期,进一步完善民主集中制对于与时俱进地坚持马克思主义、进行反腐防腐斗争、全面建设小康社会、坚持和落实以人为本的科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会等,具有重大的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The democratic centralism is the basic organizational principle of developing various socialist cause with Chinese Communist smoothly.In new period,to perfect democaratic centralism is to insist on Marxism keeping pace with the times.It is of great theoretical and realistic significance to carrying on anti-corruption struggle,building a well-off society in all round ways,insisting and carrying out scientific development view of people-orientation and structuring harmonious society. |
