| 摘 要： | 社会保障基金是社会保障体系正常运行的前提条件和物质保障,其运转成败关系到广大群众的切身利益,也关系到社会保障事业的前途。为实现社会保障制度的可持续发展,要依法充实社会保障基金,强化基金征缴,加强基金管理,防止基金流失,规范基金运营,确保社会保障基金安全和保值增值。
