| Abstract: | At present kidnapping for ransom and unlawful detention in Guangxi become increasingly intense. With the number of cases on the rise year after year,they result in more and more serious harmfulness to the society. However, the concealment of kidnapping for ransom and unlawful detention multiplies the difficulties for in vestigation. Therefore unceasingly perfecting striking and precautionary countermeasures is what the public security departments urgently need to do. |
