| 摘 要： | 当前 ,由于商业秘密权利人对商业秘密缺乏应有的保护意识 ,加上打击力度不够等原因 ,侵犯商业秘密的现象普遍存在。通过阐析商业秘密的概念、特征、刑法保护商业秘密的必要性以及刑法对侵犯商业秘密罪的具体规定 ,说明商业秘密刑法保护的重要性和紧迫性。

| Abstract: | At present, because business secret obligee appears short of proper protection sense, and what with weak striking force, encroachment on business secrets often happens. By explaining concepts and features of business secrets, necessity for protection according to the Criminal Law, and specific stipulations in the Criminal Law against encroachment on business secrets, this article states the importance and urgency of business secret protection in this regard. |
