采油企业项目管理中风险控制机制的完善

采油企业每年由于生产的需要,投资项目金额大,涉及范围广,每个环节都存在许多潜在的风险。采油企业自实行内部控制制度以来,在项目风险管理制度的建设和体系完善等方面取得了一定的成绩,但是随着科技的发展、时代的变迁,一些制度和体系已不再适应当前的新形势,需要进一步完善和健全。只有充分认识采油企业在项目管理中的风险,不断完善项目管理中风险控制机制,才能确保实现采油企业的可持续发展战略。

Discussion on Risk Control Mechanism Improving of Project Risk Management in Oil Production Enterprises

Since the requirement of the production getting more and the project investment amount and the investment range getting bigger, every link of the production has some latent risks. Since the exploitation units performing internal con- trolling management systems, we achieved a lot on the construction of the system of the risk management. But with the devel- opment of the technology and the era, some of the management system is not suitable for the new situation, which needs to be improved. Only by knowing all the risks of the crude oil exploitation unit in the project management, improving the controlling system of the project management can the sustainable developing strategy of the crude oil exploitation units be ensured.
