海南家庭暴力的现状、原因及对策探讨简

家庭暴力是指行为人以殴打、捆绑、残害、强行限制人身自由或者其他手段,给其家庭成员的身体、精神等方面造成一定伤害后果的行为.2013年6月28日在海南省三亚市街头,一女子被其夫砍掉头颅当场身亡,此案不得不引起我们对家庭暴力所导致的家庭悲剧的反思.虽然海南省只是我国的一个经济特区,但是海南省家庭暴力的状况则是全国的一个缩影.在此,通过对海南省家庭暴力现状进行浅析,以期在此基础上对家庭暴力的防治提出一些意见.

The Domestic Violence in Hainan——Current Situations,Causes and Countermeasures Discussion

Family violence refers to the behaviors that the offenders physically and mentally harm their family members by beating, binding, mutilating, and forcibly restricting personal freedom or other means. On June 28th, 2013, in Sanya, a woman was cut head and got killed on the spot by her husband. This case made us have to rethink the tragedies caused by domestic violence. Although Hainan province is just a special economic zone in China, but the current status of the domestic violence of Hainan province is still a microcosm of the whole country. Therefore, the author analyses the current situation and problems of domestic violence in Hainan province. Based on the analysis, some countermeasures and opinions are proposed in this paper.
