| Abstract: | The socialism theory with Chinese characteristic is developing with stages. After the Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of Three Represents, from the 16th Party congress, the socialism theory with Chinese characteristics turns into a new development stage. At present time, taking the scientific development view along with a series of important strategic concepts and scientific judgment as the representation, which the Central Committee of the CCP puts forward, would be the latest theoretical achievement in this stage. |
