In the modern,international migration letters refer to the mails which enclosed in the letters for family remittances through the folk channel by overseas Chinese.There are called as ＂Overseas remittances＂in Meizhou,Chaoshan area of Guangdong province and the area of South Fujian,while known as the＂Silver letters＂in Jiangmen Wuyi area of Guangdong.As the＂organic composition of rich ore＂of Fujian and Guangdong Overseas Remittances,they have become an important carrier of Overseas Chinese culture.Here,as the basis of historical data on the originally international immigration letters,the article elaborates emphatically the Fujian and Guangdong Overseas Chinese still actively donate,set up the school education and nurture talents in an extremely difficult environment,which have promoted the development of overseas Chinese education.
