人性与犯罪起源

人性与犯罪在起源上具有同步性。人性在起源的复杂过程中为犯罪的发生创造了条件。这包括制造工具的产生、思维的产生和人类社会的形成。犯罪之所以能伴随着人性的起源而发生,根本原因在于人性的异化。犯罪起源于非规范行为,非规范行为根源于三大差异,即人性的差异。我国在犯罪起源上的传统观点认为犯罪起源于私有制,这并非马克思主义的观点。实际上恩格斯在《家庭、私有制和国家的起源》中,早已用大量材料证明了犯罪是起源于原始社会的。

Human Nature and the Origin of Crime

Human nature and crime are originated simultaneously.The complex process for the origin of human nature also created conditions for crime to come into being,complete with the appearance of manufacturing tools,thoughts and human society.The appearance of crime accompanied by human nature was originated in the alienation of human nature.Crime is originated in abnormal act and the latter is owing to the difference of human nature.Traditionally the origin of crime is believed to be originated in the private property,which is against Marxist philosophy.Actually Angels held that crime was originated in the primary society with plenty of proofs in his work "The Origin of Family,Private Property and the State".
