| Abstract: | In this dissertation, it makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the problem of the basic theories of administrative law, which manifests a nation' s main virtue-attitudes and key guide-theory in the construction of rule of administrative law. The essay puts emphasis on the model of the basic theories of administrative law--the theory of government under law. |
