| 摘 要： | 公正科学的监狱行刑程序是监狱行刑法治实现的基础。科学的监狱行刑程序的建立,应当在一定的基本原则指导下,通过具体的制度表现出来。对于监狱行刑程序而言,合法、公开、基本人权、效率是其价值的基本追求,也是有关监狱行刑程序规范的基本原则。只有遵循这些原则,与之相关的监狱行刑程序的制度才能建立和实施。
