| 摘 要： | 落实科学发展观需要经济社会走可持续发展的道路,黄河三角洲地区的区域经济发展不能重复长三角和珠三角的路子,必须走高效、生态、可持续的发展模式。科技创新成为构建区域可持续发展支撑体系的重要组成部分,通过提升产业技术创新能力、推进技术创新平台建设、完善创新创业服务体系、建设科技基础条件平台、引进培养创新型人才等措施,建设完善的黄河三角洲可持续发展支撑体系,促进经济社会又好又快发展。

| Abstract: | The concept of scientific development requires economic and social take the path of sustainable development,the Yellow River Delta regional economic development can not repeat the path of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta,we must take efficient,ecological,sustainable model of development.Technological innovation has become an important part of building regional sustainable development support system,by improving industrial technological innovation,promoting technological innovation platform construction,improving the service system of innovation and entrepreneurship,building the Science and Technology Infrastructure,introducing and cultivating innovative talents and other measures to construct perfect technology support system for sustainable development of the Yellow River Delta and promote sound and rapid economic development. |
