| 摘 要： | 司法的社会效果主要体现于司法对社会的功能和社会对司法的认同。＂坚持法律效果与社会效果的统一＂是当前衡量审判工作的重要标准。在司法公信力缺失的今天,应当推进审判公开制度、建立裁判文书质量管控机制、加强法官职业化建设,最大限度地满足人民群众日益增长的司法需求,提升司法审判的社会认同

| Abstract: | Judicial social effects are mainly embodied by the fact that if the judicature has propelled the society forward and if the judicial activities has got the public recognition.Keeping the unification of law effect and social effect is the criterion of the court’s judgment.The lack of the judicial credibility is a fact in China.We should improve the open-trial system and adjudication documents supervision system,take on the construction of justice professionalization in order to meet the needs of the people and enhance the social recognition of adjudication. |
