加强和改进新形势下基层团组织建设的对策与思考

Reflections on and Strategies for Strengthening and Improving the Construction of Communist Youth League Grass roots Organizations under the New Situation

The youth nowadays has undergone marked changes in the aspect of concepts,the views of value,ways of communication,gathering and behaving.Only by strengthening and improving the construction of the grass-roots organizations of Communist Youth League under the new situation,can the communist education of the youth of China be conducted thoroughly and the party’s youth mass base be consolidated.With the purpose of strengthening and improving the construction of the grass-roots organizations of Communist Youth League,this article puts forward four strategies listed as follows:first of all,the working theory and changing the ways of workingshould be innovatedto adapt to the new situation.Second,the innovation of organization structureshould be strengthenedby means of improving the relationship between the communist youth league and the youth themselves.Moreover,the innovation of system of the communist youth league.Last but not least,the innovation of ways and means should be emphasized to strengthen the grassrots working performance.
