企业员工激励的偏差分析

摘    要:激励是指对人内在动力的激发、导向、保持和持续的作用,包括正激励和负激励。建立和实施激励机制,激发企业员工的内在潜能、调动员工的工作积极性、激活人力资源、使员工的边际努力最大化,是企业发展和提高竞争力的关键。根据国情,我国企业应结合自身实际,按"以资为本"的物质激励方式、"以人为本"的精神激励方式和"以价值为本"的成长激励方式三方面,创建合理有效的激励措施,构建一套理性化的制度促进企业全面、快速的发展。

Abstract:Encouragement refers to excitation,guide,keep and sustained action for ? human internal power. Including posi- tive-incentive and negative incentive, establishing and implementing incentive mechanism,excitation inner talents of enterprise staff.arouse people's enthusiasm about work and study.activating human resources.make marginal efforts maximum of staff,is the key of enterprise development and improve competitiveness. In this paper, based on the situation of the study in our country and the theory abroad, analyzed incentive deviation of enterprise in China at present,advice the enterprises combine their reality with the above theories into the practice,according to ? material motivation mode of "the basis of capital" , spiritual motivation mode of "human--oriented" and growth motivation mode of "the value of corporate", creating reasonable and effective incentive measures, construct a set of rational system to promote overall and rapid development of enterprise.
