| 摘 要： | 资源物权作为重要的财产权 ,要求自然资源法应以传统物权法为理论基础 ,根据自然资源所特有的经济属性和生态属性 ,构建我国的资源物权制度。本文从资源物权制度的体系化设计、自然资源所有权主体、资源物权的变动、不动产资源物权的登记制度等几个重要方面对我国现行资源物权制度进行了反思与探讨 ,并在传统物权理论的基础上 ,提出了对策方案。
