| 摘 要： | 公安行政审批是政府行政审批的重要组成部分 ,由于审批项目过多、审批主观随意性太大、程序不健全以及重审批、轻管理等弊端 ,公安行政审批给社会带来了诸多消极的影响。公安行政审批制度改革要依据《行政许可法》确定的基本规则进行 ,同时要注重过渡期、渐进性等问题。

| Abstract: | Public security's administrative approval is a major part of governmental one. Owing to the drawbacks of excessive approval items, too much subjective voluntary approval, imperfect procedures, valuing approval and despising management. Public security's administrative approval has brought much negative influence to society however, reforms on their system should follow the basic regulations determined by"Administrative Permit Law", meanwhile,the transition and gradualness should be paid attention to greatly. |
