| 摘 要： | 在全球化浪潮的影响下,WTO在国际社会中的作用越来越重要。同时,人权主体与内容也日益广泛,这就使将人权保护融入GATT/WTO的规则体系成为大势所趋。从GATT对人权被动的反应到WTO对人权保护趋于主动的反应,说明贸易自由与人权保护是不冲突的。但真正要使人权保护融入GATT/WTO规则体系的各个具体领域,还有一段很长的路要走。

| Abstract: | With the acceleration of globalization,WTO now is playing a more and more important role in the international community.At the sam e time,the subject and content of hum an rights also become wide.All of these make it necessary to integra te human rights into GATT /WTO rules s ystem.From the negative re-flection of GATT to the positive reflection of WTO,we draw a conclusion th at human rights and free trade are fundamentally linked and must be not oppositional.But there is still a long way to go before integrating human rights into all specific field s of GATT /WTO rules system. |
