我国警务模式改革之思辨

中国警务模式历来是集合式的,没有形成西方警务模式那样成熟的梯形发育。警务模式首先具有社会依赖性。目前中国集合性警务模式的理论依托应该是打防控一体化警务格局,其改革与发展必须避免随意性、盲目性。应采用科学的逻辑思辨,建立现阶段集合性警务模式体系。
