论小康社会的诚信建设

党的十六大作出了全面建设小康社会的战略部署。全面小康社会是经济更加发展、民主更加健全、文化更加繁荣、社会更加和谐的全面发展的社会。全面建设小康社会阶段是我国实现现代化建设第三步战略目标必经的承上启下的发展阶段,也是完善社会主义市场经济体制和扩大对外开放的关键阶段。在这个历史进程中,迫切要求在全社会加强诚信建设。

On the Construction of Honesty and Credit in a Well-off Society

The 16th Party Congress set the strategy of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Such a society is an all-round developing society in which economy is more developed, democracy is more strengthened, culture is more prosperous and the society is more harmonious. The period of building a well-off society in an all-round way is an unavoidable development period in the three-step strategy of China's realization of its modernization construction. It is also a critical period in which China improves its socialist market economy system and expands the opening up to the outside world. In such a historic course, the construction of honesty and credit throughout the whole country turns out to be a must.
