| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设,其重要内容是提高拒腐防变能力.党中央历来高度重视惩治腐败问题.在党的十六届四中全会上提出,党员领导干部要加强党性修养.这既是加强党的执政能力建设的需要,也是加强党风廉政建设、深入开展反腐败斗争的需要.作者就如何加强党性修养提出了自己的拙见.

| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of ability of administration of the party,its important content is to improve the ability of repelling the corrupting influence and get ready f or emergency.The central party committee has always paid close attention to pu nishing the corrupt problem.Propose at 16the fourth plenary session of the party central committee of the party ,the leading cadre of the party me mber wants to strengthen party spirit training.This is a need of con struction of ability of administration of strengthening the party,is th e need of strengthening the cultivation of party conduct and construction of a clean government ,launching the anti -corruption struggle thorough ly too.The author puts forward one' s own humble opinion as to how to strengthen party spirit training. |
