| 摘 要： | 列宁新经济政策时期的法律价值思想 ,对发展市场经济、健全民主政治和建设法治国家提供了多方面的启示。权利是法律的重要价值属性 ,是衡量法律的基本价值尺度 ;市场经济条件下的法律要以权利的确认、维护和实现为己任 ;公平与效率作为一种价值目标 ,是市场经济的必要前提与必然结果。
