A Study on International Monopoly of MNC

From the growth process of capitalism, it tends to international monopolization. The important organization type of monopolization is multinational company (MNC). The investment of MNC spreads the whole world and becomes monopoly of world economy. On the one hand, MNC is the result of productivity socialization, on the other hand, MNC impels social basic contradiction of capitalism to internationalization. MNC has a lot influence to human society and brings many problems. How to face the merge and monopoly of MNC, to maintenance national sovereignty and economy security are important problems of China.
