| 摘 要： | 在建设社会主义新农村的进程中，广西农村基层党组织适应新形势，在探索党组织设置、功能调适、工作机制以及城乡党建工作一体化等方面积累了诸多经验。在设置方式上，把党组织建在产业链和经济社会组织上；在功能调适上，发挥谋划、整合、服务作用；在工作机制上，以思想引导和政策引导为基本形式，以支持和保证农民群众当家作主为归宿；在城乡党建工作一体化上，打破城乡区域界限，把城市和农村基层党建工作统筹起来，形成“组织共建、党员共管、资源共享”的局面。
