| 摘 要： | 新就业形态下的灵活用工对传统的用工形式带来了巨大挑战.受多种因素的影响,新就业形态的灵活就业人员在职业伤害保障方面还面临许多困难,需要有关部门从强化用人单位的劳动保障责任、提高劳动者的参保和维权意识等方面入手,建立灵活就业人员职业伤害保障制度,为其提供必要的保障,促进劳动关系的和谐.
