论警察临战谈判心理

摘    要:谈判是特殊的人际沟通,是经济、政治、文化和管理活动中的共有现象。存在最普遍的谈判是商务谈判。警察临战谈判,是谈判在警务管理领域的新拓展,当前受到公安机关的广泛重视,广泛应用于群体性事件、绑架劫持人质等的临战处置。目前,很多绑架人质事件是通过谈判和平解决的,成功率相当高。
