The reform of personnel system of bacic public security is a complicated and systematic project,which needs effective organization and steady advance.The public security current basic has carried the personnel reform into effect.The reform focused on two respects:the mainstays'assuption of posts by competition and two-way selection of people's police.They made beneficial attempts at introducing the encouragement mechanisms and establishing dynamic personnel systems,and provided us with useful expirences on how to deepen personnel system reform of basic public security.
