| Abstract: | Considering the destiny of death penalty in the world, reviewing the judicial practice and traditional notion of death penalty of China, it is necessary to apply strict standard of death penalty. In addition, in prospect for the future, the application of death penalty should be limited in legislation to accommodate to the requirement of international regulation of human rights and implement the undertaken international obligation of China. |
