| 摘 要： | 我国巨额财产来源不明罪的法定刑过低 ,刑罚措施单一 ,罪与刑不相适应 ,有放纵甚至“鼓励”犯罪之嫌。宜加大主刑的适用力度 ,增设罚金刑和资格刑以严密法网 ,严厉打击贪污犯罪。

| Abstract: | The light statutory sentence to crime of a huge sum of properties with no orign,whose publishment is too simple to fit the crime,is seemingly supposel to give free vein from,even ecourage,crime .Therefore the applying strength of principal punishment should be enforced with adding to pecuniary penalty and punishment against qualifications,so that the crime of embezzlement can be severely cracked down. |
