近期文物犯罪动向及其应对建议

近期我国文物犯罪的动向和文物安全工作中的问题主要是：盗掘案件重点地区问题依旧严重；盗窃（抢）案件数量最多，石刻文物失盗案件泛滥；部分文物收藏单位的内部管理存在问题。建议加强文物安全的防范、石刻文物盗窃案件的打击和馆藏文物的管理，加大对寺庙文物和个人收藏文物的保护力度，建立和完善文物案件报送、统计、发布制度。
