| 摘 要： | 贯彻落实《中共中央关于面向二十一世纪加强和改进党校工作的决定》 ,提出创建一流县级党校 ,这既是一个凝聚人心、催人奋进的可喜目标 ,也是一项向社会作出的庄严承诺。但是 ,县级党校要实现这一目标 ,必须做好各方面的工作。
