| 摘 要： | 洗钱犯罪是现代市场经济社会中多种谋利型犯罪的伴生物,联手打击洗钱犯罪已经成为国际社会的共同呼声,我国先后签署加入了国际禁毒公约和联合国打击跨国有组织犯罪公约,因而国内反洗钱则不能仅止于罪刑法定,必须对洗钱犯罪施以全方位的防控与惩治。文章围绕洗钱犯罪的法律特征、活动特点和治理对策等展开论述,旨在参与完善国内反洗钱机制方面的研讨。
